After analyzing the needs of your new employee and, before his arrival, we will help him to search for accommodations, available on the market, which we will visit for him. Then, we will send him photos/videos of the dwellings and their neighborhood so that he can validate his choice.

SCHOOL

We will contact schools to pre-register children. After arriving on Canadian soil, we will personally accompany your new employee to validate the final registration.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES 

Driver’s license/SIN/health insurance
We will accompany your new employees in person to obtain their driver’s license, social insurance card and health insurance card.

Banking/Taxation
We will assist your new employees in all bank account opening procedures. We will also set up a meeting with a tax expert to inform your new employees about the tax returns (federal, provincial and non-Canadian) they will have to file.
