Ron has lived in Ottawa since 1994, when he and his wife Tracie moved from their hometown of Montreal to settle and raise a family.

Fluently bilingual, Ron loves to share his love for Ottawa with clients, particularly those who are new to the region.

“I love the size of Ottawa. It’s big enough to have the amenities of a big city, restaurants and entertainment, but small enough that people are friendly and calm. You can be in a trendy downtown area one minute, and in the walking-hiking-biking trails of the Gatineau Hills in no time. The city has something to offer everyone,” says Ron.

Before pursuing his passion for real estate, Ron was a wedding and portrait photographer. He says his training gave him a sharp eye for visual details when he’s helping a client buy a home or investment property or to prepare a home for sale.

“I love pointing out all of the features of a home and how they will benefit the buyer, the things that make one home more appealing than another. Most clients get the feeling, and I tell them why,” Ron says.

The biggest rewards of a real estate career, he says, include “the look and excitement I see in my clients when they find the right home for them, when I negotiate the best deal for them but mostly when I get a referral. It’s confirmation of a job well done for clients who are so happy with my service that they can’t wait to help me to help their friends.”

Whether you are buying, selling, or investing in real estate, Ron has your best interests at heart. His proactive thinking and positive mindset helps guide his clientele with the best approach to a “win-win” transaction. Ron is always available to answer your questions, and will keep you up-to-date on your transactions at all times.
